The spam and design tests are available on the campaign creation page when you are creating a new campaign and via Drafts, if you already have a campaign created and just want to request one of the above tests.
The spam test evaluates your campaign against 23 of the most popular spam filters; and the design test, allows you to review your campaign in over 70+ different email clients and mobile devices.
Requesting and reading the spam test report
As we mentioned in our summary there are 2 ways to access the spam test – when you are creating a campaign or you want to test a draft campaign.
To access our spam test when creating a new campaign navigate to Campaigns -> Create Campaign. After you’ve set up the campaign details, created your campaign (more on campaigns can here) and generated the plain text version, simply navigate to Spam Test and click on Request Spam Test.
Or, if you have a draft campaign which you would like to spam test, navigate to Campaigns -> Drafts -> Open the campaign.
Scroll down until you get to Spam Test -> Request Spam Test.
After requesting the spam test, in either of the ways described, a pop-up window will open with the spam test results.
NB Please consider the test might take from 10 – 20 min to complete.
Requesting and reading the design test report
Our design test can be accessed in the same two ways described in the above section – spam test – but also via the dashboard.
1. When creating a new campaign – navigate to Campaigns -> Create Campaign; fill in the campaign details, create the campaign and generate the plain text version, then go to Design Test and click on Request Design Test.
2. From Drafts – navigate to Campaigns -> Drafts and open the campaign. Scroll down to Design Test and click on Request Design Test.
3. From Dashboard -> Draft Campaigns (if the desired campaign is not listed simply click on View All >>).
In order to see the design test results just scroll down or click on 'View'.
